Guided Meditation Sessions

Our guided meditation classes form the heart of what we offer. Available in beginner, intermediate, and advanced formats, sessions draw on a range of traditions including breath awareness, loving-kindness, body scan, open monitoring, and visualization. Each class begins with a short grounding exercise, progresses into a sustained practice period, and closes with a gentle integration phase. Instructors weave in contextual teachings on the neuroscience and philosophy of meditation to deepen understanding and motivation. All participants are welcome regardless of prior experience — our instructors are skilled at supporting absolute beginners while simultaneously challenging seasoned practitioners. Sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes and are held in small, intimate groups to foster a safe and focused atmosphere throughout.

Breathwork & Pranayama

Breathing is the most immediate gateway to the present moment — and when practiced with intention, it becomes a profound tool for transformation. Our breathwork sessions integrate classical pranayama from the yogic tradition with contemporary techniques including coherent breathing, box breathing, and conscious connected breathwork. Participants learn to regulate their nervous system on demand, increase resilience to stress, and access expanded states of awareness through breath alone. Sessions are led by certified breathwork facilitators with backgrounds in somatic therapy and trauma-informed care. We maintain a gentle, consent-based approach throughout, ensuring each participant feels safe and supported. Both introductory workshops and ongoing weekly classes are available, as well as one-to-one coaching for those working through specific emotional or physiological challenges that respond well to breathwork intervention.

Sound Bath & Vibrational Healing

Sound is one of the oldest therapeutic tools known to humanity — and our sound bath sessions harness its power beautifully. Participants lie in supported savasana while our practitioner creates immersive soundscapes using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, koshi chimes, and ocean drums. The resulting frequencies interact with brainwave activity to facilitate deep theta and delta state relaxation — the kind of restorative rest rarely achieved through ordinary sleep. Regular participants report reduced anxiety, improved sleep quality, and a profound sense of release from accumulated emotional tension. Sessions are offered weekly in group format and monthly as extended 90-minute ceremonies. Private sound bath experiences can be booked for individuals, couples, or small groups seeking a more intimate healing journey. No prior experience or preparation is required — simply arrive, lie down, and surrender.

MBSR & Mindfulness Courses

Our eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course is the gold standard of evidence-based mindfulness training and forms one of our flagship offerings. Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts, the MBSR program has been validated by hundreds of clinical studies for its effectiveness in reducing chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and stress-related illness. Our certified MBSR teachers deliver the program in full, including weekly group sessions, a half-day silent retreat, home practice assignments, and individual check-ins. Participants emerge with a solid personal practice, a comprehensive toolkit of mindfulness techniques, and a clear understanding of how attention training supports every domain of life — from relationships and work to health and creative expression. We run cohorts three times per year with limited spaces to maintain the quality of the learning environment.

Immersive Retreat Experiences

For those seeking deeper immersion, we organize curated weekend and week-long retreat experiences both within Barcelona and at carefully chosen natural retreat venues across Catalonia. Retreats combine extended periods of silence, daily meditation sittings, gentle movement practices, nature immersion, nourishing organic meals, and facilitated sharing circles. We design each retreat with intentional pacing — offering enough structure to feel held, while preserving generous space for personal discovery and rest. Our retreat facilitators are experienced in holding multi-day group processes and trained to support participants through the emotional terrain that often arises during extended practice. Retreats are available in various formats including introductory weekends for beginners, silent immersion retreats for experienced practitioners, and thematic retreats exploring grief, creativity, embodiment, or leadership through a contemplative lens.
